Raptors win opening game of NBA Finals against the Warriors

Not only did the Golden State Warriors lose the first NBA Finals game ever played outside of the United States, but they may have also lost an argument to Toronto Raptors super fan and courtside instigator, Drake. Following Toronto’s 118-109 Game 1 upset of the reigning champion Warriors, Golden State forward Draymond Green became ensnared in a back-and-fourth with the Canadian Rapper. Drake appeared to call Green ‘trash’ during the heated exchange, having already trolled Stephen Curry by turning up wearing a replica of Dell Curry Raptors jerseys – Stephen’s father – and picking lint from his hair earlier in the game. Twisting the knife further, Drake decided to later taunt the pair on Instagram, uploading a video of his exchange with Curry, bearing the caption: ‘Steph Curry hair lint for sale on my eBay right now!!! username: DraymondShouldntWear23.’ But more than just bravado, the 32-year-old actually followed through on the joke, listing the piece of lint on Ebay for an opening bidding price of $500, bearing the derogatory username.
