Vatican summit on sex abuse begins, but doors remained closed to victims
Pope Francis summoned 200 Catholic leaders from around the world for a four-day summit. He presented 21 proposals for bishops to consider on how to keep children safe, investigate clergy, and punish predators in the Church. The problem? The doors were closed to victims.
