Hong Kong activists seek to win international support against extradition bill
A sea of protesters dressed in black chanted “Free Hong Kong” at a rally organised by the pro-democracy group, the Civil Human Rights Front. They were seeking to win support from around the world for the fight against a controversial extradition bill. The rally, which was planned for an hour, started at 8pm and went on twice as long. Organisers addressed the crowd in different languages, including Cantonese, English, French, Spanish and Japanese.
