Power Returns Slowly In Argentina, Uruguay After Massive Blackout Sunday

Power is being restored to Argentina and Uruguay after a massive electrical failure left more than 44 million people without electricity on Sunday. A massive blackout was caused by an unexplained failure in the countries’ interconnected power grid.
